Mimi and Iffy are sitting on a love seat, looking forward.
Mimi, smiling, says: You know, Iffy, when you’re 20, you’re young and attractive.
Iffy, looking up toward his bald head says: And you have hair.
Mimi says: But, in your 30’s, you’re smarter, more confident.
Mimi, turning serious, says: In your 40’s, you realize that life’s not gonna last forever, but you’re too busy to dwell on it.
Iffy, frowning, with beady eyes, says: Yeah, and in your 50’s and 60’s, time begins to fly by.
Closeup on Mimi, still sitting on love seat, gazing into thin air.
She says: At our age, you wonder what you’d do differently if you had a time machine and could go back and relive your life.
But deep down, you know you would probably make the same decisions, because…it’s just who you are.
Mimi and Iffy are still sitting on the love seat.
With raised eyebrows, Iffy looks toward Mimi and asks: So, given a second chance, you would still marry me?
Mimi laughs and says: No way!
Just kidding. Of course I would. I love you, you crazy knucklehead.
Iffy says: Me too. Well, except for the knucklehead part.
