Mimi and Iffy facing are each other. Mimi is upset.
She says: Why did you have to get into that argument with Joe?
Iffy says: It was no big deal. I don’t know why you got so upset.
Iffy is facing forward. Mimi facing his side.
Iffy smiles resolutely, and says: I have to stand up for my beliefs.
Mimi says: But he was right and you were wrong.
Iffy steps forward. Mimi is behind him.
She says: Maybe you should consider the old saying, “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.”
Iffy says: I see your point.
Iffy grins widely, and says: But where’s the fun in that?
Mimi is behind him, frustrated.
